# Shipping and Handling

When redeeming an NFT for its physical watch, holders are responsible for covering the shipping fee and any applicable customs fees or sales taxes based on their residency location.

**Shipping Cost:**

* Shipping rates vary by destination and are collected at time of claim. Our vault located in the United States ensures all eligible packages are fully insured in transit.
